Job summary

Makai is seeking a Project Manager with significant Scrum Master experience to lead Air Force C3BM programs. You will oversee architecture, design, analysis, and digital twin model implementation for AF networks and systems, coordinating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will champion Agile processes, manage risks, and report progress, milestones, and budgets to stakeholders while aligning with governance policies.

Qualifications

BA/BS in related technical field
5 - 7 years of experience
Ability to excel in multiple environments
Meticulous SCRUM Manager
Detail oriented facilitator
Analytical problem-solving experience
Advanced professional leadership

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program and project management for Air Force communications systems.
Oversee architecture, design, analysis and implementation of digital twin models.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate with AF senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Report program status, milestones, risks and budgets to stakeholders.
Drive governance alignment, performance tracking and timely deliveries.
