IGNITE is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile software development efforts supporting the Air Force at Gunter Annex, AL. This integral role focuses on delivering high-quality software solutions and fostering collaboration.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, proficiency in Agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required, along with a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary facilitator for the Agile software development team.
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Remove impediments and roadblocks to support the development team.
