Job summary

Makai, LLC seeks a Project Manager with substantial Scrum Master experience to lead efforts for the Air Force C3BM program. You will oversee architecture, design, analysis, and implementation of digital twin models, align governance, and manage risk across mission-critical systems.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, work with AF senior leaders and cross-functional teams, and report program status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience in Agile environments.
• Experience leading Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional teams.
• Clearance: Secret with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for Air Force comms systems.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and governance processes.
• Report status to AF leaders and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage program risks and budgets.
