Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or GED with 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Demonstrated understanding of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
Experience in change management and associated best practices.
Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Enable the Product Owner by establishing desired product and business outcomes and maintaining a prioritized Product Backlog.
Enable the Developers by ensuring they grasp the Scrum Framework and the Definition of Done.
Enable the organization by supporting adoption of agile ways of working and building an Agile mindset.
Utilize forecasting models to aid data-driven delivery expectations and monitor metrics.
