Job summary

Conch Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in a hybrid Chicago, IL environment on a 12+ months contract. The role focuses on facilitating Scrum, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement in a complex enterprise setting.

The candidate will bring strong Scaled Agile experience, stakeholder management, and a data-driven mindset to improve team performance and Agile maturity. Video interviews are anticipated for selection.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master with deep Scrum/Agile knowledge.
• Experience with Scaled Agile / enterprise Agile environments.
• Facilitation, communication, conflict resolution and consensus-building skills.
• Ability to partner with diverse, geographically distributed teams.
• Experience using metrics and data-driven approaches to improve performance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• CSM/CSPO or PMI-ACP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles.
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to improve delivery.
• Partner with Product Owners, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
• Establish and monitor meaningful team metrics.
