Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a related field
• Seven (7) years of relevant experience (Scrum Master certification preferred)

Responsibilities

• Leads Agile process for one or more Scrum Teams to ensure delivery and releases are within scope.
• Ongoing development of team and continued improvement of development process, product quality and quantity of work delivered.
• Guides and coaches Scrum Team.
