- Experience guiding and coaching Scrum Teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile process for one or more Scrum Teams to ensure on-time delivery and releases.
- Foster continuous improvement of development processes and product quality.
- Coach and guide the Scrum Team to maximize performance.
