Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile/Scrum ceremonies (DSU, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, demos).
• Coordinate with Product Owner and stakeholders to align backlogs with business value.
• Identify improvements to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk.
• Report progress to Release Train Engineer and enable visibility for stakeholders.
• Remove impediments and coach the team toward higher maturity and accountability.
