Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master for infrastructure or platform teams.
- Experience with vulnerability management lifecycles or cloud architecture.
- Advanced Agile Certifications (CSM, PSM II, SAFe).
- Ability to adapt Agile methodologies for distributed, multi-timezone teams.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies across follow-the-sun model to reduce meeting fatigue while maximizing cross-regional alignment.
- Identify blockers and work with the TPM and SDMs to unblock delivery.
- Evolve Agile processes for DevSecOps, SRE, and Data Science workflows.
- Foster a collaborative and psychologically safe team culture across hubs.
