Qualifications

8+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Facilitator on federal or enterprise programs.
Strong experience with Agile methodologies, SAFe, backlog management, sprint execution and cross-functional coordination.
Excellent facilitation, stakeholder communication, risk management and team leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
Active Top Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Coordinate across data engineering, ETL, migration, cloud, QA, and DevSecOps teams to align with delivery objectives.
Identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, improve sprint predictability.
Prepare and communicate sprint metrics, burn-down charts, status reports, and delivery updates to leadership.
Support high-quality data migration outcomes through collaboration with Product Owners, QA, and tech leads.
