The role demands 8+ years in Scrum Master/Agile roles on federal or enterprise programs, SAFe experience, and active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Facilitator on federal or enterprise programs.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, SAFe, backlog management, sprint execution, and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder communication, risk management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for migration workstream.
• Coordinate across data engineering, ETL, migration, cloud, QA, and DevSecOps teams to align with delivery objectives and schedules.
• Identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and improve team performance and sprint predictability.
• Prepare and communicate sprint metrics, burn-down charts, status reports, and delivery updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support high-quality data migration outcomes through collaboration with Product Owners, QA teams, and technical leads.

Compensation for the Senior Scrum Master include:

• Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
• Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick Leave as required by law
