• Remove impediments, manage risks, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, Agile metrics, and delivery commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across engineering teams.
• Provide delivery updates and status reports to leadership.
