Job summary

Koniag Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support agile delivery teams managing cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and GCP. This role requires a government security clearance and focuses on agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and cross-team coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, CSM/PSM I, and a strong understanding of DevOps practices within federal IT environments, including FISMA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting technical engineering or cloud infrastructure teams.
• CSM or PSM I certification required.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
• Experience in a federal government IT environment with FISMA Moderate/High.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a servant-leader and coach for one or more agile delivery teams and champion Scrum values.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Maintain product backlog with clear prioritization and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and remove impediments, escalating to leadership when needed.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across cloud teams.
• Coordinate delivery across Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud environments.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and align with program goals.
• Work with engineering and security to ensure compliance in sprint planning.
• Track velocity and delivery metrics; report to stakeholders.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD practices; maintain docs and operational plans.
• Promote automation and operational excellence across delivery teams.
• Participate in program-level Agile ceremonies and broader transformation efforts.
• Support teams operating at FISMA Moderate/High levels.
