Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- CSM/PSM or equivalent certification is required.
- SAFe Scrum Master or advanced Agile certifications are required.
Responsibilities
- Guide Agile teams on Scrum practices and principles; facilitate ceremonies and backlog management.
- Remove impediments and shield teams from distractions to sustain sprint goals.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
- Monitor team performance with Agile metrics and drive process improvements.
