Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to coach teams, facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, and promote collaboration. You will support the Product Owner, ensure proper application of the Scrum framework, and foster a culture of learning and accountability across agile teams in Wisconsin.

This full-time role requires 5–7+ years of work experience, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to plan, deliver, and adapt with velocity.

Responsibilities

Coaches scrum masters and product owners on agile principles, values, and best practices.
Develops budgets and resource planning with velocity and data.
Determines the amount of work that can be completed within project timelines.
Ensures risk assessments include mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Establishes scrum processes for backlog management and user story refinement.
Forecasts capacity and delivery potential for future projects.
Helps establish a common language for team collaboration.
Investigates bottlenecks to address issues proactively.
Promotes adaptability, transparency, and customer collaboration in processes.
