Job summary

FIS invites experienced professionals to join our fintech teams in a Scrum Master role. You will lead cross-functional squads, drive agile rituals, and enable value delivery across multiple product owners in a demanding IT environment.

Strong communication and facilitation skills are essential. The role requires guiding Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews and Retrospectives while promoting consistent agile practices and continual process improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience or strong Agile experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; related TSYS/Agile experience may substitute.
• CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments to improve sprint success.
• Lead communication between product owners, managers and team members.
• Guide Release and Sprint Planning in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote continuous improvement of processes, structure and tooling.
