Job summary

Yakshna Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager 2 (Scrum Master) in Richmond, VA to facilitate 2–3 Agile teams. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, ensuring effective Scrum and Kanban practices.

Responsibilities include liaising between departments, coaching the team, tracking progress, and improving transparency. Required qualifications are a degree in computer science or equivalent experience along with Scrum Master certification. The position is onsite.

Salary is between $100K–$110K per annum with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 10 years equivalent work experience.
• Scaled Agile (SAFe) experience is a plus.
• Understanding of development platforms and languages is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments.
• Coach the team on maintaining a healthy backlog and user stories.
• Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
• Facilitate Scrum-related meetings and discussions.
