Job summary

You will guide PMs, RTEs, and Scrum Masters, and enable Agile, SAFe, Kanban, and Waterfall processes with strong analytical capabilities. Hybrid work, full‑time, with benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading cross‑functional programs with multiple workstreams.
• Expertise in Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall; adaptable to priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in portfolio governance, risk mitigation, budgeting, and path management.
• Must have PMP; PgMP and SAFe certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee program initiatives to ensure planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities, resources, and objectives.
• Monitor schedules, critical paths, risks, budgets, and KPIs; escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and governance requirements.
• Provide leadership to PMs, Release Train Engineers, and Scrum Masters on delivery and change.
• Establish and support Agile, Scaled Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall frameworks and POL usage.
• Define governance points and metrics to drive consistent execution.
