Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to guide multiple Scrum teams toward high performance, continuous improvement, and strong delivery.

This role facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, mentors Scrum Masters, and partners with product and technology leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes. The Senior Scrum Master will coach teams to become self-managing, high-performing, and accountable for delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Business/PM/Engineering.
• 5–8+ years of Scrum Master/Agile coaching experience.
• Advanced understanding of Agile principles and multiple Scrum team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead two or more cross-functional Scrum teams as servant leader.
• Coach teams to be self-managing, high performing, and delivery-focused.
• Mentor other Scrum Masters and promote Agile mindset.
• Provide Sprint-end metrics to track velocity and capacity.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology leaders to align priorities.

Overview

Senior Scrum Master is a servant leader and Agile champion responsible for guiding multiple Scrum teams toward high performance, continuous improvement. This role facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, builds strong team cohesion, and partners with product and technology leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes. The Senior Scrum Master also mentors Scrum Masters and contributes to evolving Agile practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with internal colleagues and external partners
• Uphold company policies, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks
• Utilize required systems, tools, and technologies to complete tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned, consistent with the role
• Serve as a servant leader for two or more cross functional Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum values, principles, and practices.
• Coach teams to become self managing, high performing, and accountable for delivery outcomes.
• Mentor other Scrum Masters and team members on Agile frameworks, mindset, and execution excellence.
• At the end of every Sprint provide metrics tracking team velocity to ensure the teams are delivering to their capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience is accepted in place of a degree.
• 5-8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
• Advanced understanding of Agile principles.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong conflict resolution, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Smart Sheets, SharePoint)
• Certifications in one or more such as CSM, SPO, SAFe SSM/SPC, A-CSM

Pay Range

USD $111,496.30 - USD $139,370.38 /Yr.
