Job summary

NT Concepts is seeking a Scrum Master to join our agile solutions delivery team supporting national security programs. You will facilitate Scrum events, coach teams, remove impediments, and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience, deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe, plus GitLab for Agile tracking. Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance is required.

Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a facilitator and coach for Agile teams, guiding them through the Scrum framework to deliver high-quality outcomes. This servant-leader role focuses on removing obstacles, fostering collaboration, and helping teams become self-organizing and highly productive.

• Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Coach & Mentor: Guide teams on Scrum principles, practices, and values to improve effectiveness.
• Promote Agile Principles: Champion Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to Agile values and practices.
• Foster Collaboration: Encourage open communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
• Enable Team Focus: Create an environment that minimizes distractions and supports sustained productivity.
• Monitor Progress: Track team progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies.
• Ensure Transparency: Promote visibility into team activities and ensure access to necessary information.
• Support Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and communicating the product vision to the team.

Qualifications :

• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
• Agile Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe frameworks.
  • Experience using GitLab for Agile project tracking and collaboration.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated servant leadership and team motivation capabilities.

The pay range listed for this position reflects the wage or salary range NT Concepts expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. The compensation offered to a successful candidate within this range will be based on legitimate, job‑related factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s work location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements.

$120,336—$180,504 USD
