NT Concepts is seeking an Operations Manager / Deputy Program Manager to support the DoD enterprise Military Housing (eMH) system. This complex system of 38 web-based modules is used by over 10,000 active users to meet the housing needs of over 2.5 million service members, DoD civilians, and their families.

Must be local to the DC Metro area. This position offers remote flexibility with onsite work in Vienna, VA and Reston, VA.
The Operations Manager/Deputy Program Manager supports day-to-day execution of the eMH program under the direction of the Program Manager. The role coordinates operations, hosting-related work, configuration-management support, release-team coordination, assigned reporting, and selected contract artifacts. The Operations Manager/Deputy Program Manager provides backup to the PM so customer commitments and operations continue when the PM is unavailable.
The pay range listed for this position reflects the wage or salary range NT Concepts expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. The compensation offered to a successful candidate within this range will be based on legitimate, job-related factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate's work location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
