Job Title: Senior Scrum Master - Data and Analytics

Location: St. Louis MO US 63102

Duration: 12 Month+ Contract

Pay Rate: $70-75/Hour on W2

Note: Strong preference for candidates who have managed Data and Analytics or Business Intelligence operations and key deliverables.

Job Description:

1. Lead up to two product teams within the Enterprise Architecture and Data and Analytics (EADA) department.
2. Implement and tailor agile methodologies to meet the specific needs of the data and analytics organization.
3. Inspire and motivate teams to navigate change positively and build high-performing teams.

Technical Skills:

1. 5+ years leading and collaborating with development teams in an agile environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of agile practices and techniques.
2. Proven track record as a Scrum Master in previous roles, showcasing the ability to effectively facilitate and guide agile teams.
3. Possession of relevant certifications such as SAFe or Certified Scrum Master is highly desirable, reflecting a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
4. Strong preference for a basic understanding of Data and Analytics or Business Intelligence operations and key deliverables.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft DevOps is preferred, showcasing the ability to leverage this toolset for efficient project management and collaboration within an agile context.
