Job summary

ZipStaff is seeking a Senior Scrum Master for a software engineering team in the greater Philadelphia area. This remote-friendly contract role requires protecting the team, aligning delivery with the product vision, and running high-impact Sprints in a regulated healthcare environment.

You will lead Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and bridge product and technical delivery while driving efficiency and continuous improvement for healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Scrum Master on software engineering teams.
• Current Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Experience facilitating high-impact sprints—not admin-only Jira hygiene.
• Strong stakeholder and product-partner communication.
• Ability to work remotely in support of the Blue Bell, PA organization.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

This is not a ceremony-only Scrum Master. You will protect the team, connect delivery to product vision, and run high-impact sprints in a regulated healthcare environment.
