Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Coach for an onsite role in Miami, FL. You will lead multiple teams, coach teams and stakeholders, and drive Agile delivery excellence across projects.

You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments to improve predictability and outcomes. The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, strong facilitation and communication skills, and familiarity with Jira/Azure DevOps and scaled Agile

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Coach.
  • Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and agile events.
  • Ability to coach teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile principles.
  • Experience in cross-team collaboration and scaling Agile practices.
  • Proficient in tracking, reporting, and Agile metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with Agile methodologies.
  • Serve as servant leader and coach to enable self-organizing, high-performing teams.
  • Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and drive timely resolutions.
  • Support backlog refinement and sprint readiness with Product Owners.
  • Contribute to Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
