Job summary

East Coast Aluminum of Volusia Inc seeks a hands-on Sales / Project Manager to guide residential screen enclosure projects from initial consult to final installation. You will lead design, estimates, and coordination while delivering quality workmanship and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in screen enclosure construction or related field.
• Proven sales, estimating and project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum screen enclosure materials and methods.
• Fluency with Florida building codes and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and layouts.
• Experience scheduling and managing multiple construction crews.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficient with office software including email, QuickBooks and Google Docs.
• Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of permitting processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Seek and follow up on new lead opportunities.
• Meet with prospects for site visits and sales consultations.
• Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals.
• Design and draft custom screen enclosure layouts and plans.
• Maintain communication with customers through the project lifecycle.
• Order and coordinate delivery of materials and supplies.
• Schedule and oversee multiple construction crews to stay on schedule.
• Monitor progress, quality and site safety.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and inspectors as needed.
• Ensure all projects comply with Florida codes and permitting.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Collaborate on workflow management and operational improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
