Job summary

PrideStaff is seeking a skilled technician to independently set up and operate a semi-automatic graphic (non-textile) screen print press in our premier printing environment in Washington. You will troubleshoot issues, manage inks and substrates, and ensure color accuracy across production lots.

You will monitor UV curing equipment, identify risks, and collaborate with vendors and teams to optimize throughput while safeguarding assets and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Independently set up and operate a semi-automatic graphic (non-textile) screen print press.
• Troubleshoot print issues; adjust press mechanics to sustain quality, registration, color, and throughput.
• Handle inks, print-related chemicals, and plastic substrates with confidence and care.
• Maintain strict color consistency from first article to final piece.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal performance of UV curing equipment for proper ink curing.
• Spot process risks; recommend improvements and share insights with stakeholders.
• Protect and maintain company assets to maximize ROI.
• Follow all safety protocols; report risks, incidents, injuries, and near-misses immediately.
