Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in supply chain or logistics.
• Minimum 5 years in a SCM function.
• Minimum 2 years managing people.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Define performance targets aligned with leadership and SCM goals.
• Collaborate with HR on coaching, feedback and recognition.
• Ensure on-time availability of goods across US/Canada and via 3PLs.
• Develop reporting and KPIs to measure objectives and targets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems.
