Qualifications

• 15+ years pharmaceutical manufacturing in solid-dosage formulation, process development, and tech transfer.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Science, Engineering, or Pharmaceutics.
• Strong English writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct studies for solid-dosage products under SOPs and FDA/ICH guidelines.
• Lead batch manufacturing and in-process sampling/testing; provide technical input.
• Provide technical evaluation and support for API and excipient projects.
• Author GMP documents (MBRs, PBRs, Validation protocols/reports) and control strategies.
• Write eCTD sections and respond to agency information requests with clear justifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups across the network to meet timelines.
• Mentor junior scientists and lead cross-functional meetings.
