Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.D. in Immunology, Genomics, Systems Biology, or related discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience.
• Proven expertise in next-generation sequencing techniques, immune repertoire analysis, and bioinformatics tools (Seurat, Bioconductor, Cell Ranger).
• Strong immunology and cancer biology background.
• Experience with spatial transcriptomics and AI tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• design and conduct single-cell (scRNA-seq, CITE-seq, ATAC-seq, TCR/BCR sequencing), spatial transcriptomics, and related genomic studies
• collaborate with computational teams to analyze complex datasets
• develop mechanistic hypotheses and translate findings into actionable targets
• mentor junior staff
• contribute to strategic research activities
