Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking an experienced scientist to advance target discovery through multi-omics approaches at our San Carlos, CA site. You will design and execute scRNA-seq, CITE-seq, ATAC-seq, spatial transcriptomics, and immune repertoire analyses to uncover mechanisms of action.

You will collaborate with computational biology to interpret complex datasets, translate findings into actionable targets, and contribute to senior level scientific initiatives. A Ph.D./M.D.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent advanced degree.
• Demonstrated track record in genomics/immunology or systems biology.
• Extensive hands-on experience with scRNA-seq, CITE-seq, ATAC-seq, immune repertoire sequencing, spatial transcriptomics.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and interpret multi-omics studies for target discovery and translational research.
• Develop experimental strategies using single-cell and spatial genomics technologies.
• Collaborate with computational biology to create analytical pipelines and derive actionable insights.
• Design in vitro experiments and translate omics findings into targets and mechanisms of action.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to BeOne Institute’s objectives.
