Job summary

BeOne Institute in San Carlos, CA, seeks a Senior Scientist to lead cutting-edge genomics and systems immunology studies supporting discovery and translational programs in immunology, inflammation, and immuno-oncology.

You will leverage single-cell and bulk multi-omics to uncover disease mechanisms, identify targets, characterize immune responses, and generate actionable insights for therapeutic innovation. Collaborative work with discovery biologists and computational scientists is essential.

Qualifications

• PhD/MD or equivalent in immunology, genomics, or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Proven track record in genomics/immunology or systems biology.
• Hands-on experience with scRNA-seq, CITE-seq, ATAC-seq and immune repertoire sequencing.
• Experience with multi-omics data analysis using R/Python and Bioconductor.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and interpret multi-omics studies in immunology, inflammation, and immuno-oncology.
• Independently develop experimental strategies using single-cell sequencing and related technologies.
• Collaborate with computational biology and informatics teams to develop analytical pipelines.
• Design and implement in vitro experiments translating omics findings into hypotheses and targets.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and drive innovation.
• Support institute management and operations at the San Carlos site.
