Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences and relevant formal academic qualification; 12+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership for evaluation and implementation of new technologies to move the business forward.
• Implements improvements to systems, processes and procedures to increase productivity and technical expertise in the laboratory.
• Participates in external industry activities including poster/podium presentations or publishing in journals.
• Shares subject matter expertise at internal PPD training events.
• Serves as technical resource for audits and SOP reviews in client contexts.
• Leads project teams on complex analytical studies with planning, resource coordination, data evaluation, and client communication.
