Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Research Scientist or Senior Research Scientist to oversee analytical development for large molecules and apply multiple instrument platforms such as HPLC, LC/MS, GC/MS and ELISA. The role includes mentoring staff, leading projects, and delivering method transfers to clients.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of separation science, regulatory guidelines (ICH, FDA, USP), and demonstrated ability to write and present technical reports and posters at

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in lab sciences such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or similar.
• RS/SRS: 8-10+ years of experience.
• Masters with 6-8+ years experience or PhD with 4-6+ years.
• Equivalency considered for education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop analytical methods and technologies for large molecules.
• Lead on-site SME for instrumentation/techniques.
• Transfer methods and provide client updates and reporting.
• Draft SOPs, QMS improvements, and validation studies.
• Support BD with technical materials and conference presentations.
• Review data for GMP/GLP compliance and data integrity.
