Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Scientist III for an onsite role in Greenfield, IN. The incumbent will conduct advanced diagnostic tests, ensure data accuracy, mentor junior scientists, and drive improvements in laboratory methodologies and quality standards.

The position requires a life sciences degree and typically 5+ years of relevant experience, with relocation assistance provided and must pass a background check and drug screen. Expect competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent, with relevant formal qualifications.
• Experience or ability to perform method validations and transfers.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/GLP and applicable analytical techniques.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform method validations, transfers and analytical testing.
• Prepare study protocols, status reports and final study reports.
• Communicate data and technical issues to clients and respond to needs.
• Mentor and train junior staff; coordinate laboratory activities.
• Assist with quality systems, equipment, and method development.
• Review data for accuracy and compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidance.
