Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4+ years in product development; or Master’s with 3+ years; or PhD with 2+ years.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, formulation, processing systems, and lab methods.
• Proven ability to lead development and commercialization across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development across cross-functional projects in Away From Home / KHI.
• Independently manage projects from formulation through scale-up and start-up.
• Translate business objectives into development plans and drive execution to commercialization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and budgets.
• Serve as an R&D point person for plants and support operations with troubleshooting and process design.
• Lead testing, qualification, and commercialization across lab, pilot plant, and production.
