Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in Biochemistry, Biology, Cell Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology or related sciences.
• PhD with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Previous CMC analytical development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced biochemical and biophysical methods for mRNA vaccine development.
• Support CMC activities with analytical leads.
• Write and review method docs and characterization reports for regulatory filings.
• Design and execute complex experiments.
• Oversee assay testing at CROs and assist change controls.
• Train and supervise junior scientists; ensure QA and safety compliance.
