Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with molecular cloning, vector design, and assembly methods (Gibson/Golden Gate).
• Experience developing ddPCR/qPCR assays, data analysis, and transgene copy number assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of molecular biology strategies for cell line development and antibody formats.
• Design mammalian expression vectors for multi-specific formats and optimize vector architecture and regulatory elements.
• Develop and troubleshoot ddPCR assays for nucleic acid quantification and clone characterization.
