Job summary

AbbVie, a leader in biomedical research, seeks an Image Analyst within Translational Sciences to quantify PET and MRI data across preclinical and clinical studies. You will develop Python-based pipelines, validate novel methodologies, and curate imaging datasets while collaborating with in-house researchers, CROs, and academic partners.

You will contribute to study design, endpoint selection, and interpretation of imaging results for multiple neuroscience programs, influencing regulatory

Qualifications

• Quantitative analysis of PET and/or MR imaging data required.
• Proficiency in Python or other relevant languages (MATLAB, R, C/C++).
• Strong Linux skills and experience with imaging analysis tools (FSL, FreeSurfer, SPM, ANTs, PMOD).

Responsibilities

• Quantify preclinical and clinical PET/MR imaging data and interpret results.
• Apply kinetic models to characterize radioligands and target engagement.
• Quantify structural, diffusion, and functional MRI data.
• Support whole-body PET imaging and dosimetry analysis.
• Develop Python-based image processing pipelines and methodologies.
• Curate and QA imaging data and manage data platforms.
• Contribute to study design, endpoints, and regulatory documents.
• Collaborate with imaging CROs and oversee analyses.
