You will collaborate with engineers, formulation scientists, and analytical teams to identify the best solid form of active pharmaceutical ingredient and establish structure-property relationships to drive robust scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharmaceutical or related industry with lead development experience.
• Strong knowledge of polymorphism, solid form development and materials properties.
• Experience with computational tools for physicochemical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead solid form development across development stages with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and optimize solid form of API to ensure robust clinical and commercial processes.
• Apply modeling to relate material properties to process performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and formulation scientists to deliver scalable APIs.
