Qualifications

• PhD in Cell biology, Cancer biology, Immunology, or related field.
• 4–6 years of industry experience (may include industry post doc).
• Proven expertise with laboratory techniques including cell culture, cytotoxicity assays, flow cytometry, and cytokine analysis.
• Hands-on experience with functional characterization of ADCs through lead selection.

Responsibilities

• Lead research programs and collaborate with line functions to define strategic direction.
• Design, implement, analyze, and report high-quality experiments for decision making.
• Keep detailed, accurate records of all experimental procedures and results.
• Present data at project team meetings and internal reviews with stakeholders.
