Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering or related field with 8+ years industrial experience, or BS/MS with 10+ years.
- Experience in pre-formulation and solid oral dosage form development.
- Regulatory documentation experience (IND/NDA) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on pre-clinical formulation development efforts.
- Oversee pre-formulation and physicochemical characterization of small molecules.
- Collaborate with external CDMOs for early-stage product development.
- Drive formulation and manufacturing process development for solid oral dosage forms.
- Contribute to regulatory filings and technical reports.
- Travel as needed to support development activities.
