Responsibilities

• Independently plan and conduct laboratory experiments, analyze data, interpret findings, and recommend next steps.
• Apply scientific literature and industry knowledge to improve products and research approaches.
• Identify technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and propose practical solutions.
• Use analytical instruments to support research and product development activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan projects and ensure milestones are met.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and project teams.
• Contribute to invention disclosures, patent applications, and publications when applicable.
• Maintain thorough documentation of methods, results, and conclusions.
