Qualifications

• Ph.D. in sciences or related field; computational biology, bioinformatics, genomics, statistics or computer science preferred.
• Minimum five years of research experience with demonstrated achievement.
• Peer‑reviewed publications or major contributions; external grant funding is desirable.
• Strong experience analyzing bulk and single-cell RNA-seq and epigenomic data.
• Proficiency in R and common single-cell analysis frameworks; experience with large-scale datasets and HPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of single-cell RNA-seq and multiome datasets (joint RNA/ATAC profiling).
• Perform integrative analysis across modalities (bulk RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, DNA methylation).
• Develop processing pipelines for new single-cell multi-omic technologies.
• Apply statistical modeling and machine learning to identify cellular states and regulatory programs.
• Design and implement integrative multi-omic analyses across cohorts and experimental systems.
• Present findings and contribute to publications and grant applications.
• Stay current with emerging single-cell and AI-driven genomic methods.
• Performs other related duties.
