Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Biology or related field (or Masters with 3+ years experience).
• Plus 2+ years of industry or post‑doctoral experience.
• Track record of peer‑reviewed publications.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R with common libraries.
• Experience with SQL and large relational databases.
• Strong statistics and data analysis background.
• Ability to provide QA/QC and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses integrating genomic, transcriptomic, imaging, and clinical data to generate actionable insights for drug discovery and development.
• Develop robust statistical methods for trial design, patient selection, response assessment, and understanding disease biology.
• Incorporate LLMs and AI tools to automate workflows and prototype agentic analytics pipelines.
• Contribute to reusable code, internal packages, and platform improvements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Research, Clinical, Data Science, and Engineering teams to align analyses with roadmaps.
• Communicate complex methods/results clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Provide project leadership and mentorship to junior scientists.
