Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, ML, or related field (or Masters with 3+ years).
• Plus 2+ years of relevant industry or post‑doctoral experience.
• Track record of success: peer reviewed publications.
• Proficiency in R and/or Python with bio/life-science libraries.
• Experience applying ML, LLM-based coding assistants, and agentic frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Life Science Strategy: translate concepts into analysis plans reflecting biopharma landscape.
• Computational Analysis: integrate genomic, transcriptomic, imaging, and clinical data.
• AI & LLM Innovation: incorporate LLMs to automate and accelerate code development.
