Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in related field and 1–2 years of postdoctoral or industry experience.
• Demonstrated cardiovascular or atherosclerosis biology expertise.
• Experience with in vitro and in vivo models of atherosclerosis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to collaborate in teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply scientific expertise to identify and validate therapeutic targets aligned with IMRU priorities.
• Use cellular, molecular, and animal model techniques to study atherosclerosis mechanisms.
• Stay current with developments in preclinical and translational science and integrate advances into programs.
• Collaborate with academic partners and Pfizer scientists.
• Communicate research findings through publications, presentations, and briefings.
• Uphold standards of scientific integrity, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior scientists and foster collaborative engagement.
