Qualifications

• Ph.D., M.D. or other doctoral level degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees research employees, students, and other staff.
• Authors scientific publications, reports, and patent applications.
• Assists in developing training materials for research staff.
• Plans experiments and records and analyzes findings.
• Prepares research proposals and funding applications.
• Ensures compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Maintains knowledge of relevant scientific developments.
• Presents ongoing work at academic conferences.
