Job summary

Raven StealthCo in Cambridge, MA (hybrid/onsite) seeks a Scientist/Senior Scientist to lead biology and pharmacology across in vitro and in vivo programs. You will design studies, analyze data, and manage CRO partnerships crucial for decision-making and advancing the platform.

Qualifications

• Pharmacology-focused role requiring in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo pharmacology expertise.
• Experience leading CRO-run in vivo studies and managing timelines, budgets, and QA.
• Strong data interpretation, study design, and reporting for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacology for early-stage programs, from study design to data interpretation.
• Design rigorous in vivo studies with appropriate controls and power.
• Sponsor contact for CRO-run in vivo studies and analytical vendors.
• Manage in vivo sample logistics end to end (receipt, storage, chain of custody).
• Process and analyze tissue samples to generate target engagement and PD readouts.
• Provide sponsor oversight of data integrity, documentation, and animal welfare.
• Develop and run biochemical, molecular, and cell-based assays.
• Compile, QC, and interpret data; author study reports; share results with cross-functional teams.
