• PhD in a related scientific discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record leading independent research programs.
• Extensive hands-on experience with immunological assays to address research questions.
• Ability to design, execute, and communicate complex preclinical studies.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, execution, and interpretation of preclinical studies for early bacterial vaccine candidates.
• Develop and optimize immunological, microbiological, cellular, and molecular assays.
• Integrate multidimensional data to generate mechanistic insights for candidate selection.
• Provide scientific leadership and mentorship to junior scientists.
• Publish findings and present results to internal and external partners.
