Job summary

Kenvue seeks a Sr. Scientist Product Development R&D to formulate and advance baby-care products in line with brand strategies. You will design experiments, analyze stability, and provide lifecycle support from concept to launch.

The role requires strong collaboration with manufacturing and global teams, meticulous documentation, and the ability to lead key deliverables with minimal supervision in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Pharmacy with 5+ years of related experience, or Master's with 3-5 years, or PhD.
• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Pharmacy, or related science/engineering is preferred.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical writing skills for documents, reports, and patent filings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Formulate new baby care products aligned with brand strategy and pipeline.
• Conduct Design of Experiments and stability analyses with hands-on involvement.
• Provide technical lifecycle support and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify obstacles, assess risks, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Analyze trends and the competitive landscape to differentiate products.
• Define process parameters with manufacturing to establish controls.
• Lead cross-functional regional/global project teams to execute new products.
• Plan and prioritize multiple projects, monitor progress, and update stakeholders.
• Maintain organized project documentation and develop technical reports, specifications, and patents.
• Independently own projects and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
